Overview
[Bag types available in small runs] L-seal bags, three-side seal bags, stand-up flat pouches, stand-up zipper bags (with/without hang hole), flat bags (with/without hang hole), flat zipper bags (with/without hang hole), back-seal bags and gusseted back-seal bags — all can be ordered in small quantities. Small runs use digital color printing; spot colors and metallic colors are not available, and bags above a certain size cannot be made in small runs. Please ask for details.
[Other bag types] Five-side seal bags, new-style flat-bottom bags (new zipper tear strip) and all kinds of film rolls. The new-style flat-bottom bag stands neatly and adds side display space; we can also make the popular stand-up drink pouch to get your product talked about.
[Shaped bags] Want to stand out from other bags on the market with a shape that's all your own? Shaped bags require a custom die; the die fee depends on how complex the shape is. Please ask us about quantities.
[Flexible spout pouches] Spout / duckbill pouches (flexible material, refill packs) are made to order only, with no small runs. Please ask for details.
[Other styles] One-way valve bags, matte paper (VOP MAT), tissue paper / Unryu paper / bamboo-fiber paper bags (stock bags), protective poly flower sleeves, creative window stand-up pouches, premium coffee valve zipper bags (stock bags), foil bags with shaped windows, kraft paper bags with shaped windows, special shaped bags, face-mask sachets and clear PVC boxes. Bags in any material can be custom made (regular or small print runs).
[Laminate structure] A typical laminated pack has three layers: (1) Outer layer: adds mechanical strength, heat resistance, printability and optical properties. (2) Middle layer: delivers the main function of the laminate, such as barrier, light-blocking and aroma retention. (3) Inner layer: mainly provides sealing, then pressure, drop and airtight performance.
